Анотація
В статті проаналізовано залежність інтелектуально-освітнього потенціалу та всіх компонентів національної безпеки
— безпека суспільства, держави, нації, особи. Непродумана політика у сфері освіти, пенсійної реформи зумовлює загрозу
національної безпеки України. Зі зниженням освітнього рівня населення знижується і якість людського капіталу,
інтелектуального потенціалу держави в цілому. Обґрунтувано роль своєчасного раціонального використання
інтелектуально-освітнього потенціалу як складової національної безпеки України та її могутності. Виявлено нові пріоритетні
напрями інноваційного розвитку та можливі технологічні перспективи, які за умови інвестування зможуть у довгостроковій
перспективі істотно впливати на соціально-економічний розвиток країни.
In the article is analyzed the dependence of intellectual and educational potential of all components of national security - the security of society, state, nation, people. Poorly policy in education, pension reform leads to a threat to national security of Ukraine. With a decrease in the educational level of the population is reduced and the quality of human capital, intellectual potential of the country as a whole. To prove the role of timely rational use of intellectual and educational potential as a component of national security of Ukraine and its power. Identification of new priority areas of innovation and technological potential prospects that provided investment in the long term can significantly affect the socio-economic development.
