dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the basic assumptions and factors creating controversy integration associations by analyzing the interaction of the participants. Trends in the business environment does not indicate that in the near future in the domestic economy will be the association, and, in most cases, one should expect selection options mild consolidation, in which will require the use of temporary government. In the merger is likely to be created territorial complexes and association of enterprises that are analogous to corporations, and is a collection of businesses with logistics, information technology and relationships. For subjects that will shape the business environment is necessary to develop corporate standards and requirements to improve the convergence of economic systems in order to avoid bankruptcy protection and management. In these circumstances, there is a problem of binding decisions taken by the data for all participants in the interaction. This situation is a source of conflict between the existing management structure and decision-making. In this regard, the development of cooperation in the areas of improving the association of enterprises is an important scientific and practical challenge in the current economic conditions.uk_UA
