Анотація
This article explains the central terms of the topic and provides examples of
new lexical units emerged in the Ukrainian language and the main ways of their
formation. Furthermore, this study clarifies the key factors that have a direct
impact on the intensity of dissemination of American linguistic culture as well as
the emergence of hybrid languages. In addition, predictions about further probable
progress of Americanization have been formed on the basis of elaborate analysis
of contemporary circumstances.
