dc.description.abstractКлючові компетентності є знанням про найефективніші способи досягнення мети, здатністю ухвалювати самостійні рішення й обстоювати власні погляди, дотримуватися вимог, прагнути до розуміння власних почуттів; адекватне розуміння бажань, очікувань і вимог інших людей; повага прав людини та її обов’язків, осмислення свого призначення, життєвих цілей, смислу життя й організації життєвого шляху. Формування ключових компетентностей майбутніх психологів у закладах вищої освіти передбачає розвиток загальнокультурної, комунікативної, предметної, інформаційно-комунікаційної та соціальної компетентностей. Спільною ознакою загальнокультурної компетентності для всіх видів професійної діяльності є культура спілкування, готовність до діалогу в полікультурному комунікативному просторі. Володіння комунікативними навичками, компетентністю у спілкуванні допомагає сучасному фахівцеві з психології виявити себе освіченою, інтелігентною людиною, сприяє кар’єрному росту і розвитку власної особистості. Інформаційна компетентність майбутнього психолога передбачає здатність його орієнтуватися в інформаційному просторі, одержувати інформацію та оперувати нею відповідно до власних потреб і вимог сучасного високотехнологічного суспільства. Предметна компетентність майбутнього фахівця з психології є інтегративною характеристикою особистості, що уособлює сукупність професійно важливих знань, умінь та навичок, систему мотивів і ціннісних орієнтацій, необхідних для розв’язання завдань професійної діяльності, яка включає компоненти науково-практичної роботи та забезпечує функціональну здатність до фахової діяльності з постійним ефективним використанням наукового знання, урахуванням сучасних досягнень науки та техніки. Соціальну компетентність майбутніх психологів можна визначити як комплексну, багатогранну характеристику особистості, що містить систему здібностей, особистісних рис, набутих знань, умінь і навичок, поєднання яких забезпечує формування готовності до ефективної взаємодії, здатності аналізувати, оцінювати ризики, приймати рішення у ситуації невизначеності з урахуванням інтересів, цілей і потреб власних та інших осіб, що не суперечать нормам і цінностям суспільства. Адже саме соціальна компетентність надає можливість зберегти власну унікальність, враховуючи соціальні норми, права та погляди інших людей.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe problem of mutual understanding, interaction and cooperation is of great importance in today's socio-cultural conditions, when society is experiencing a period of instability and social conflicts in many spheres of our life, especially in the socio-economic one, where relations are built according to the "man-man" scheme. The key competencies of psychologists play the leading role in the above mentioned special system of relations. Key competencies are knowledge of the most effective ways to achieve a goal; the abilities to make independent decisions and defend own views, adhere to requirements, understand own feelings; adequate understanding of desires, expectations and requirements of other people; respect for human rights and responsibilities, comprehension of the duty, life goals, and organization of life track. In higher education institutions the future psychologists’ key competencies formation involves the development of general cultural, communicative, field, informative, communicative, and social competencies. The common feature of general cultural competence for all types of professional activities is the culture of communication, readiness for dialogue in the multicultural communicative environment. Well-developed communicative skills and communicative competence help a modern psychologist to be identified as an educated, intelligent person and contribute to his/her career and personal development. The informative competence of future psychologists implies the ability to navigate in the information flaw, receive information and operate it in accordance with their own needs and requirements of modern high-tech society. The field competence of future psychologists is an integrative characteristic of a personality that represents a set of professionally important knowledge, skills and abilities, a system of motives and value orientations necessary for solving the professional tasks, which includes the components of scientific and practical work and provides functional ability to professional activities with constant effective use of scientific knowledge, taking into account the current achievements of science and technology. The social competence of future psychologists can be defined as a complex, multifaceted personality characteristic that contains a system of abilities, personality traits, acquired knowledge, skills and abilities, the combination of which ensures the formation of readiness for effective interaction, the ability to analyze, assess risks, make decisions in situations of uncertainty, taking into account own and other people’s interests, goals and needs, which do not contradict the norms and values of society. After all, it is social competence that helps to preserve personal uniqueness, taking into account social norms, rights and views of other people.uk_UA
