Анотація
Визначено основні системоутворюючі компоненти національної моделі менеджменту. Досліджено ментальні,
ідеологічні, культурологічні особливості управлінської діяльності та їх основні негативні прояви у національній моделі
менеджменту. Сформовано та структуровано базові принципи побудови вітчизняної моделі менеджменту з урахуванням
ментальних, ідеологічних та культурологічних особливостей. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування запропонованих
принципів управління для розвитку вітчизняної моделі менеджменту.
The main self-made components of the national management model were defined. There were studied mental, ideological, cultural features of management and their main negative effects on the national management model. The most significant challenges of internal and external environment that influence the formation of modern management model were defined. Outlined an array of problems that accompany national business, that is related with all levels managers’ misunderstanding of modern management paradigm deep changes and does not take into account their national model management characteristics. The basic principles of building national management model were structured and formed, considering mental, ideological and cultural features. There was proved the expediency of using proposed principles for development the national management model. It is proved that the management system should be build on realistic basis and not on simulated idea of a person.
