Анотація
В статті досліджено теоретичні та методичні аспекти формування організаційно-економічного механізму управління
реструктуризацією підприємств. Виділено його структурні складові елементи та розкрито їх сутність.
The theoretical and methodical aspects of forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of management restructuring of enterprises are investigational in the article. Highlight its structural components and reveals their essence. Peculiarities of each mentioned components of organization and economical management mechanism of restructuring determine the activity of enterprise as a system and make conditions for achieving the goals. Despite of the fact that elements of government mechanism of restructuring of enterprise are presented in general, but the very mechanism for every enterprise is unique and requires taking into account many aspects, including the goal of restructuring and realisation of the programme according to resources.
