Анотація
У статті розглянута проблема регулювання оплати праці в умовах ринкових розподільних відносин, проаналізовано
різні підходи до визначення вартості та ціни робочої сили, встановлено їх недоліки і переваги, доведено необхідність
встановлення індивідуальної вартості робочої сили працівників та організації заробітної плати персоналу підприємства за
принципами ринкової моделі економіки.
In the article the problem of regulation of wages in terms of market distribution relations. Existing approaches to determining the value and price of labour. The structure cost of living wage labour. It is proved that scientific and technological progress and social value changes. Established price of labour, that is the driving force in the mechanism of labour market regulation, as the wage rate is the equilibrium as reflecting the balance of supply and demand. An different approaches to setting the price of labour, as they provide install only some the average cost of labour of the average worker, which can act as a cost of sale of the labour agreement between certain employees and certain owner-employer - its buyer. Also analyzed different theories of wages, or establishing direct or indirect dependence of wages of employees of various factors. And it was given numerous variety of pay.
