dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянута проблема регулювання оплати праці в умовах ринкових розподільних відносин, проаналізовано різні підходи до визначення вартості та ціни робочої сили, встановлено їх недоліки і переваги, доведено необхідність встановлення індивідуальної вартості робочої сили працівників та організації заробітної плати персоналу підприємства за принципами ринкової моделі економіки.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn the article the problem of regulation of wages in terms of market distribution relations. Existing approaches to determining the value and price of labour. Established price of labour, that is the driving force in the mechanism of labour market regulation, as the wage rate is the equilibrium as reflecting the balance of supply and demand.
