Анотація
В статті розкрито технологію формування професійної культури майбутніх менеджерів як певної проекції теорії й методики на практичну реалізацію поставленої мети і завдань (макротехнологія), що передбачає мікротехнологію, спрямовану на забезпечення розвитку кожного з компонентів: мету й завдання, відбір адекватного змісту, форм і методів, на основі чого будується педагогічний процес; діагностику рівнів сформованості кожного компонента.
Під час проведення дослідження з’ясовано, що мікротехнологія передбачає організацію спілкування, в тому числі духовного, на основі діалогової взаємодії, ціннісного обміну й ділового співробітництва в процесі міжособистісного спілкування при засвоєнні системи знань та вмінь; формування відношень, активного емоційного підкріплення когнітивної діяльності; індивідуальну та групову роботу з метою усунення стресових чинників на заняттях; актуалізацію минулого досвіду студентів і подолання психологічних бар’єрів, створення навчальних та виховних ситуацій.
Доведено, що процес формування професійної культури майбутнього менеджера є складним, динамічним і багатогранним явищем. Кінцевий результат цього процесу — досконалий рівень сформованості професійної культури, а також його проміжні результати: сформованість професійної позиції, професійної компетентності, професійної етики, професійної майстерності. Із системою професійної підготовки він перебуває у діалектичному співвідношенні цілого й частини та передбачає засвоєння особистістю цінностей на основі розробленої науково-методичної системи, функціонування якої ґрунтується на культурологічному, діяльнісно-особистісному й цілісному підходах. Реалізація її передбачає застосування таких засобів: організація навчально-виховного процесу на основі діалогової взаємодії суб’єктів; внесення змін і доповнень до змісту навчальних дисциплін; виховання потреби в самовдосконаленні; розвиток творчості; організація спілкування з використанням вправ, проведення тренінгів; створення ситуацій для формування практичних умінь.
В статті висвітлено особливості використання педагогічних технологій у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів у вищих закладах освіти.
The article describes the technology of formation the professional culture of future managers as a certain projection of the theory and methodology for the practical realization of the set goals and objectives (macro technology), which involves microtechnology, aimed at ensuring the development of each component: the purpose and task, the selection of adequate content, forms and methods, on the basis of which the pedagogical process is being built; diagnostics of levels of formation of each component. During the study, it was found that microtechnology involves the organization of communication, including spiritual, on the basis of dialogue interaction, value exchange and business cooperation in the process of interpersonal communication while learning the system of knowledge and skills; formation of relations, active emotional strengthening of cognitive activity; individual and group work in order to eliminate the stress factors in the classes; actualization of the past experience of students and overcoming psychological barriers, the creation of teaching and educational situations. It is proved that the process of forming the professional culture in the future manager is a complex, dynamic and multifaceted phenomenon. The end result of this process is the perfect level of formation of professional culture, as well as its intermediate results: the formation of a professional position, professional competence, professional ethics, professional skills. With the system of vocational training, it is in a dialectical relationship between the whole and the part and involves the assimilation of personality values on the basis of a developed scientific and methodological system, whose functioning is based on cultural, activity-personal and holistic approaches. The implementation of it involves the use of such tools: the organization of educational process on the basis of dialogue interaction between actors; making changes and additions to the contents of educational disciplines; education of the need for self-improvement; development of creativity; organization of communication with the use of exercises, conducting trainings; creating situations for the formation of practical skills. The article highlights the peculiarities of the use of pedagogical technologies in the process of professional training of future managers in higher educational institutions.
