Анотація
У статті проаналізовано словоскладання як один із найпродуктивніших способів утворення англомовних інновацій у сфері спортивного медіадискурсу. З метою встановлення смислу складного слова описано критерії його ідентифікації, а також виокремлено групи бахувріхі, серед яких ви-значено найпродуктивніші моделі словоскладання.
The article deals with the analyses of compounding as one of the most productive ways of word building in the field of sports mediadiscourse. To establish the meaning of a compound word, the criteria for their identification have been described. The groups of Bahuvrihi were stated and the most productive models of their formation were determined.
