Розглянуто еволюцію поглядів на категорію "людський капітал", проведено аналіз напрацювань
вітчизняних та закордонних науковців з даної тематики. Визначено взаємозв’язок між категоріями "людський
капітал" та "людський потенціал" і акцентовано увагу на ролі інституційної системи у формуванні та розвитку
людського капіталу.
The aim of the research is to analyze the existing works on the problems of human capital and find out the role of institutional system in human capital development. The evolution of thoughts on the category of human capital is described and the analysis of national and foreign scientists’ works on this theme is conducted in the article. The dependency between categories of human capital and human potential is formulated. Special attention is given to the role of institutional system in the human capital formation and development. As a result, the author gives her own vision of human capital and defines the key role of institutional system in human capital development
