Анотація
У статті проаналізовано й оцінено соціально-економічні резерви підвищення продуктивності праці на промислових
підприємствах Хмельницької області, визначено пріоритетні напрями ефективного використання соціально-економічних
резервів підвищення продуктивності праці.
To analyze and evaluate the socio-economic reserves of productivity growth on the machine-building enterprises of Khmelnytskyi region. At the level of enterprises, socio-economic indicators combine such indicators as the index using of human capital and the index of labor activity. According to the results of the calculations, the investigated enterprises have significant opportunities for increasing of labor productivity at the expense of socio-economic reserves. According to the results of the analysis, we identified the following priority areas for the effective use of socio-economic reserves to increase productivity: formation of an effective motivational system, improvement of the labor remuneration policy on the enterprise; increase of efficiency of the personnel management service; formation of an effective, oriented on the result of the corporate culture; ensuring a favorable social-psychological climate for the effective work of the team; implementation of international standards such as OHSAS 18001, SA 8000 and certification of the enterprise according to their requirements, improvement of working conditions, increase of level of industrial safety and labor protection; formation of a system of continuous professional development of personnel. All investigated enterprises have essential prerequisites for increasing of labor productivity at the expense of socio-economic reserves. The proposed priority directions of effective use of socio-economic reserves can be used in developing a strategy for social development of the enterprise, plans and programs for its development.
