Анотація
This article addresses the skills gap in the modern labor market. It highlights the mismatch between current educational systems and market needs, advocating for stronger collaboration between businesses and educational institutions, the adoption of STEM-focused curricula, and the promotion of lifelong learning. Drawing on Ukrainian and international examples, the article emphasizes the importance of digital literacy and equitable educational access to create a competitive workforce. Bridging the skills gap is presented as a critical step toward economic resilience and social stability amid Ukraine’s ongoing recovery.
