dc.description.abstractРозглянуто досвід навчальних закладів Російської Федерації щодо створення внутрішньої системи моніторингу якості вищої освіти. Проаналізовано нормативно-правові передумови зростання моніторшгоеих процесів у російській вищій школі. Охарактеризовано зміст робіт, присвячених освітньому моніторингу та його впровадженню на рівні вищого навчального закладу. Висвітлено еволюцію поглядів російських науковців на роль моніторингу вищої освіти в межах ВНЗ. Охарактеризовано складові внутрішньої системи моніторингу вищої освіти. Проаналізовано моделі моніторингу вищої освіти та іх складові.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe experience of educational institutions of the Russian Federation concerning establishment of an internal system for monitoring the quality of higher education has been considered. Legal prerequisites for the increase of monitoring processes in Russian higher school have been analyzed. The content of papers devoted to education and monitoring implementation at the level of higher education has been characterized. The evolution of Russian scientists' views on the role of monitoring of higher education within the universities has been determined and the internal components of the monitoring system of higher education have been defined. Monitoring model of higher education and its components have been considered. It has been defined that developing a model of monitoring should include the concept, goals and tasks of monitoring; the object and purpose of the monitoring; source of the monitoring; the procedures and methods of gathering information; entities that gather information from the monitored; the structure and content of monitoring; monitoring features. It has been determined that higher education in Russia is characterized by a high degree of resolutions on the use of monitoring as a part of university administration, management, maintenance and quality assurance of higher education. The keys to successful development of monitoring systems in Russian universities are: active government policy to provide citizens with quality education that is constantly being implemented through various government programs; government support of the institutional development of the monitoring system at all organizational levels of education: federal, regional, municipal, school; planned activities of the Ministry of Education and Science, aimed at improving the quality of training in universities and timely updating the regulatory framework of higher education; the implementation of systematic research in the field of quality management of higher education; constant methodological support for the development and implementation of internal systems for monitoring the quality of scientific research institutions, teaching departments, administration of higher education.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractРассмотрен опыт учебных заведений Российской Федерации по созданию внутренней системы мониторинга качества высшего образования. Проанализированы нормативно-правовые предпосылки роста мониторинговых процессов в российской высшей школе. Дана характеристика содержанию работ, посвященных образовательному мониторингу и его внедрению на уровне высшего учебного заведения. Освещена эволюция взглядов российских ученых на роль мониторинга высшего образования в пределах ВУЗов. Охарактеризованы составляющие внутренней системы мониторинга высшего образования.
