Анотація
В публікації досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади та надані практичні рекомендації щодо розробки
організаційно-економічних засад інноваційної діяльності та їх впровадження в паливно-енергетичному комплексі (ПЕК)
України. Розкрито сутність і визначено місце та роль інновацій в «Енергетичній стратегії України на період до 2030 р.».
Обґрунтовано структуру стратегій інноваційної діяльності в ПЕК.
This publication studied theoretical and methodological principles and provided practical advice on developing organizational and economic principles of innovation and innovation in the energy sector (hereinafter - FEC), Ukraine. The essence and the place and role of innovation in the "Energy Strategy of Ukraine till 2030". Grounded structure innovation strategies in the energy industry. Determined that the Ukraine energy sector to modernize its development priority areas are: 1) diversification of suppliers of oil, petroleum products and natural gas; 2) construction of a new Ukrainian refineries using existing Odessa-Brody pipeline and the creation of state-owned modern enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of the national petroleum industry and strengthening oil independence; 3) development of new innovative industries Ukraine for refining catalysts and additives for fuels and lubricants technology from leading Western companies; 4) modernization refining industry; 5) disposal of waste oil.
