Анотація
У статті розглянуті теоретичні та практичні аспекти проектування організаційних структур підприємств в умовах
мінливого зовнішнього середовища. Пропонується концептуальна модель поетапної структуризації механізму організації
процесу підвищення економічного потенціалу підприємства. Визначається принципова схема організації підвищення
економічного потенціалу підприємства у вигляді матриці управлінських взаємовідносин між учасниками проекту підвищення
економічного потенціалу підприємства. Обґрунтовано, що особливістю запропонованого механізму є висока адаптованість
до вітчизняних підприємств, оскільки в ньому передбачена варіабельність рівня деталізації і тривалості циклу планування
підвищення економічного потенціалу в рамках функціонування інформаційно активного середовища.
The article studies theoretical and practical aspects of designing organizational structures of an enterprise in changing external environment. The author describes a conceptual model of stage-by-stage structuring of the mechanism of organizing the process of enhancing the enterprise’s economic potential. It is suggested to use a matrix scheme of managerial relations between the participants of the project of enhancing the enterprise’s economic potential. It is substantiated that a peculiarity of the suggested mechanism is its high adaptability to national enterprises as it presupposes variability of the level of detailed elaboration and duration of the cycle of planning the enterprise’s economic potential enhancement within the framework of active information environment.
