Анотація
Міжнародні відносини належать до погано формалізованих, слабкоструктурованих багатофакторних систем, що зумовлює складність аналізу ·ix за до11омоrою класичних методів математичної статистики, економетричних моделей і методів дослідження операцій. Інтуїтивні методи аналізу проблемних ситуацій на базі досвіду експертів в умовах впливу глобалізації й новітніх технологій на розвиток країн та відносин між ними сьогодні не відповідають вимогам часу. Одним із перспективних методів досліджень міжнародних відносин, який поєднує суб'єктивні оцінки експертів та формалізовані моделі теорії графів, є когнітивне моделювання. Схарактеризовано особливості когнітивного моделювання міжнародних відносин, запропоновано вдосконалення методики когнітивного моделювання та рекомендації стосовно врахування реакції системи на зовнішні впливи та зменшення ефекту нелінійності при моделюванні взаємодій факторів когнітивної моделі.
International relations relate to poorly formalized, semi-structured multivariate systems that lead to the complexity of their analysis by using classical methods of mathematical statistics, econometric models and methods of operations research. Intuitive methods of analysis of problem situations on the basis of experience of experts in terms of the effects of globalization and new technologies on the development of countries and the relations between them nowadays do not meet the time requirements. One of the promising methods for international relations research, which combines subjective expert judgment and formal models of graph theory, is a cognitive modeling. In the article, proposed the features of cognitive modeling of international relations, enhanced methods of cognitive modeling, and given recommendations regarding the system response to the external impact and the effect of nonlinearity reduction in the modeling interactions of the cognitive model factors.
