Анотація
Запропонована автором педагогічна система ґрунтується на глибокому опануванні студентами професійними знаннями в процесі формування естетичної культури при вивченні літератури. На широкому спектрі аудиторної і позааудиторної роботи вона включає в себе різноманітні методики й форми їх творчої реалізації. Головна мета, поставлена автором – естетично довершена особистість, випускник, що будує життя за високими ідеалами прекрасного.

Today, the level of the aesthetic culture of the younger generation needs attention and finding ways to improve
it. Formation the students’ aesthetic culture of higher educational institution as a task-orientated and manysided
process must be clearly structured and filled with profound meaning. However, in scientific and
methodological literature paid scant attention to the modern approaches to the formation of students' aesthetic
culture by means of literature. In particular, there is no integral pedagogical system for the formation of
aesthetic culture of students in the process of literature studies. On the basis of proposed pedagogical system
there are methodically and scientifically grounded programs of literary classes, manuals for the specialization
course, methodical instructions, technological maps, didactic materials. They focus on the aesthetic value of
literary works.
In the article there are given methodical recommendations for the formation of aesthetic culture of freshmen
students. There are proposed the principles of personally oriented work with students and those principles are
oriented to the achievement of a specific goal during studying at a higher educational institution. Thecomponents of the formation of aesthetic culture are determined by technological-morphological, diagnosticmotivational,
cognitive-lingual-cultural, personally oriented, activity-practical stages. It has been demonstrated
how the students' knowledge acquired during the classwork and independent work acquires intensity and content
through various forms of self-actualization and self-improvement.
Studying in our pedagogical system, a graduate of a higher educational institution acquires the desire to find the world of beauty, sees the possibilities of self-improvement and self-education. Negotiation of the negative
influence of surroundings, explaining ways to improve the aesthetic culture of the younger generation are in the
focus of further study.
