Анотація
У статті представлена двохфакторна математична модель безвідмовності з урахуванням параметрів
законів розподілу відмов та корельованості показників довговічності. Оригінальність цієї моделі полягає в тому,
що вперше отримано аналітичні вирази для розрахунку ймовірності відмови зразка озброєння і техніки з
урахуванням її функціональних залежностей від тривалості та інтенсивності експлуатації. У моделі знайшли
відображення детерміновані та стохастичні параметри, які визначають закони розподілу відмов залежно від часу
експлуатації і величини напрацювання зразка озброєння і техніки, атакожступінь корельованості цих характеристик.
In the article the twofactor mathematical model of faultlessness is presented with the parameters of laws of distributing of refuses indexes of longevity. Originality of this model consists in that analytical expressions are first got for the calculation of probability of refuse of standard of armament and technique taking into account its functional dependences from duration and intensity of exploitation. The determined and stochastic parameters which determine the laws of distributing of refuses in dependence on time of exploitation and size of work of standard of armament and technique, and also degree of these descriptions, found a reflection in a model.
