Організація діяльності складу є одним з ключових етапів у розвитку промислового підприємства. Оптимізувати роботу складу підприємства, і, відповідно – мінімізувати витрати та підвищити прибутковість виробництва можливо за допомогою застосування сучасних управлінських технологій і правил організації роботи складу. Однією з особливих проблем в складському процесі є пошук і комплектація замовлень. Покращення ефективності процесу комплектації замовлень може бути досягнуто, зокрема, завдяки оптимізації маршруту руху працівника складу під час збору замовлення та реорганізації розподілу комплектуючих у зоні зберігання. Проте, перш ніж вибрати шлях, який повинен пройти працівник складу, необхідно визначити місця, які слід відвідати. Їх вибір не завжди очевидний. У статті для визначення місць, які слід відвідати для комплектації замовлення використовується показник таксономічної міри привабливості місцеположення.
The organization of the warehouse is one of the key stages in the development of an industrial enterprise. For an industrial enterprise, the correct storage of parts and their transfer to the production line is the basis for the functioning of the entire enterprise. It is possible to optimize the work of the warehouse of the enterprise through the use of modern management technologies and rules of organization of the warehouse. One of the special problems in the warehousing process is the search and completion of orders. Optimizing the route of the warehouse employee during the collection of orders and reorgani-zation of the distribution of components in the storage area will improve the efficiency of the ordering process. Completing orders is the most time consuming operation. It is the completion of orders that determines the efficiency of the entire warehouse complex. Therefore, to optimize the operation of the warehouse it is necessary to develop effective motion algorithms. Warehousing should be organized in such a way as to ensure a minimum trajectory when completing orders. However, before choosing the path that a warehouse worker should take, it is necessary to determine the places to visit. Their choice is not always obvious. The purpose of the article is to determine the optimal combination of places that should be visited by a warehouse employee during the completion of the order. This problem is not easy to solve, because many criteria must be optimized simultaneously. To determine the places to visit to complete the order, the authors use the taxonomic measure of the attractiveness of the location. The proposed method was to select the selected places to visit as close as possible to each other. This allows you to fulfill the order in one place, taking into account the maximum approach to the starting point (start). The research was conducted at the «Krasyliv Aggregate Plant», which specializes in domestic and solid fuel boilers. Diagnostic variables were determined for the composition of this enterprise, the weighting factor was set by experts for each variable and the calculation of the value of the taxonomic measure of the attractiveness of the location was demonstrated.
