класичної школи управління. Визначено групи загальних та специфічних принципів формування трудового потенціалу
підприємства. Охарактеризовано принципи розвитку трудового потенціалу підприємства.
In the article the essence of the concept of «management labour potential of enterprise» is defined as a system of interdependent measures providing guiding, coordinating and stimulating effect on the management of employees and focused on intensive use of labour factors.
