dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research is to disclosure the features of institutions establishment in the system of socioindustrial relations and evolutionary processes of socialization of labour relations. In this paper the features of the institutionalization of industrial relations in the economy of Ukraine and foreign countries are described, the nature and types of social institutions defined, the causes of the "institutional traps" occurrence in the labour market analyzed. Providing of increased competitiveness in the labour force is possible with improving the institutions activities of the labour market and implement comprehensive state’s policy which aimed at creating the conditions for good workforce development and their effective implementation through the creation of hightech jobs that will match the concept of decent work.uk_UA
