Анотація
У статті розглянуто особливості державної сімейної політики в Україні. Здійснено аналіз нормативно-правового
регулювання надання соціальної допомоги сім’ям з дітьми через історичну призму трансформаційних процесів у суспільстві.
Обґрунтовано потребу вдосконалення законодавчої нормативно-правової бази у сфері соціального забезпечення сімей з
дітьми.
In the article the features of public domestic policy are considered in Ukraine. It is well-proven that exactly state social a help in the conditions of economic instability is acquired the special value for social support of those families, that helpless to provide the vital functions and supervision of children on a due levels. The analysis of the normatively-legal adjusting of grant of social help is carried out to families with children through the historical prism of transformation processes in society. The analysis suggests that the current conditions of state aid to families with children improved significantly. This applies in particular to assist in child adoption, children who are under guardianship, and also due to pregnancy and childbirth. Terms of these benefits meet constitutional standards, the size of payments gradually raised, which now reached such a level that at least allows to support families with children living at not less than the subsistence minimum. Instead, the terms of these types of benefits as at birth, care for a child under the age of three and single mothers, are still at an unsatisfactory level. Grounded need to improve the legal regulatory framework in the field of social security families with children.
