Анотація
Обґрунтовано важливість і необхідність інноваційної діяльності в аграрному секторі і, зокрема, здійснення
соціальних інновацій. Охарактеризовано підходи до трактування поняття «соціальні інновації» та визначено сфери їх
застосування з метою розвитку соціально-трудових відносин аграрних підприємств. Визначено сутність інноваційної
активності персоналу та перелік чинників, які визначають готовність працівників аграрного сектору до розробки і втілення
інновацій. Обґрунтовані умови забезпечення безперервності процесу формування та підтримання високого рівня
інноваційної активності працівників. Охарактеризовано шляхи впровадження соціальних інновацій на підприємствах
аграрного сектору як чинники розвитку соціально-трудових відносин.
The innovative type of economic growth over the last decades has been a determining factor in the development of certain sectors of the economy and of individual states. Solving the problem of increasing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises in the system of European integration transformations is related to their complex innovation and technological modernization, increasing the indicators of innovation activity, and therefore innovation is one of the determining determinants of the Ukrainian economy development as a whole and, in particular, its agrarian sector. The purpose of the study is to characterize the innovative activity of agricultural enterprises as a determinant of their social and labor relations sphere development. In the article substantiated the importance and necessity of innovative activity in the agrarian sector and, in particular, the implementation of social innovations. Characterized the approaches to the "social innovations" concept interpretation and defined the spheres of their application in order to develop social and labor relations of agricultural enterprises. Determined the essence of the staff innovative activity and the list of factors that determine the readiness of the agricultural sector employees to develop and implement the innovations. Justified the conditions for ensuring the continuity of the process of formation and maintenance of employees high level innovative activity. Characterized the ways of social innovations introduction at the enterprises of agrarian sector as factors of social-labor relations development.
