Анотація
The typology of phrasal verbs is very different, depending on the meaning of a particular phrasal verb. This issue is covered in the works of R. Courtney, J. Powey and other linguists and linguists. However, despite the existing research, the semantics of phrasal verbs in English is not sufficiently studied yet, in particular, there are no semantic classifications of postpositional components.
Let's take a closer look at the semantic properties of phrasal verbs and their postpositions, since they form the basis of our study.
