This article deals with the concept of a recreational complex, is shown standing of key health areas. The problem of determining the directions of the recreational complex in a transcendent economy of Ukraine. Formation of the state strategy of Ukraine recreation and resort and recreational nature is an urgent problem because of the need of mass recovery of the population. The purpose of the article is to analyze the current situation and identify possible areas of tourist and recreational complex of Ukraine by developing strategies for action of government of Ukraine
