Анотація
У статті розглядається професійно-аналітична компетентність як складова професійної компетентності майбутнього фахівця при вивченні іноземної мови.
Підвищенням вимог до професійної підготовки фахівців, сучасні тенденції розвитку освіти в напрямі самостійної пізнавальної діяльності суб’єктів навчально-виховного процесу, потреба в інформатизації навчального процесу, формування аналітичних якостей майбутніх фахівців різних напрямів підготовки та вільне володіння іноземною мовою для опрацювання іншомовної інформації зумовлює необхідність розвитку інформаційно-аналітичних компетенцій під час вивчення іноземної мови. Поняття «інформаційно-аналітична компетентність» як науково-педагогічна категорія набула особливої актуальності у зв’язку з формуванням сучасного інформаційного суспільства. Вивчення наукових джерел свідчать про відсутність серед дослідників єдиного погляду на поняття «інформаційно-аналітична компетентність». Залежно від характеристик професійної діяльності фахівців різних професій, перевага надається інформаційній або аналітичній компетентності. Інформаційно-аналітична компетентність майбутнього фахівця під час вивчення іноземної мови як складова професійної компетентності відображає готовність і здатність майбутніх фахівців застосовувати інформаційно-аналітичні знання, вміння, навички у сукупності з їх особистісними якостями під час роботи з іншомовною інформацією різних видів, знання норм інформаційної іншомовної культури, вміння відібрати та опрацювати іншомовну інформацію, класифікувати та систематизувати інформацію іноземною мовою, вміння використовувати та презентувати отриману іншомовну інформацію в подальшій професійній діяльності, а також здатність до самостійного удосконалення професійно-аналітичних здібностей рівня володіння іноземною мовою.
Невід’ємною частиною професійної компетентності майбутнього фахівця незалежно від напряму підготовки є вільне володіння комунікативними навичками для роботи в міжнародному середовищі, здійснення ефективної комунікативної взаємодії іноземною мовою, підготовка різної документації на основі іншомовних джерел інформації, здатність аналізувати зарубіжні автентичні наукові дослідження з метою використання їх результатів у конкретних ситуаціях професійної діяльності. Результати аналізу сучасної вітчизняної та зарубіжної літератури дали змогу встановити, що проблема формування інформаційно-аналітичної компетентності для опрацювання інформації іноземною мовою у фахівців різних напрямів підготовки є актуальною. На формування інформаційно-аналітичної компетентності фахівців впливають потенційні можливості іноземної мови, специфіка освітнього процесу підготовки студентів різних напрямів навчання.
The article deals with professional-analytical competence as a component of the professional competence of a future specialist in learning a foreign language. Increasing requirements in the professional training of specialists, current trends in the development of education in the direction of independent cognitive activity of the subjects of the educational process, the need of informatization of the educational process, formation of analytical qualities of the future and fluency in foreign language in processing information determines the need for the development of information and analytical competences during the study of a foreign language. The concept of "information-analytical competence" as a scientific and pedagogical approach has become especially relevant in connection with the formation of modern informational society. The studies of scientific sources indicate the not a unified view of the concept of "information-analytical competence" among researchers. Depending on the characteristics of the professional activities of professionals of different professions, preferences are given to concepts: information or analytical competence. Information-analytical competence of a future specialist in learning of a foreign language as a component of their professional competence reflects the willingness and ability of future specialists to apply information-analytical knowledge, skills in combination with their personal qualities by working with information of different kinds, knowledge of the informational culture norms, ability to select and process of foreign language information, ability to classify and organize information in a foreign language, ability to use and present the received foreign language information in further professional activities, as well as the ability to independently improve professional skill’s level of command in a foreign language. The formation of the informationanalytical competence of specialists is influenced by the potential of a knowing of a foreign language, the specifics of the educational process of preparing students of different directions of study An essential part of the professional competence of a future specialist, not depend of their fields of training, is a free knowledge of communication skills to work in an international environment, effective communication in a foreign language, study of analytical documents based on a foreign-language sources of information, ability to analyze foreign authentic scientific research in order to use their results in specific situations of professional activity. The results of the analysis of modern domestic and foreign literature have made the possibility to establish that the problem of formation of information-analytical competence in the processing information in a foreign language by specialists of different training directions is relevant.
