dc.description.abstractIn the scientific floor the modern going is considered near interpretation of category «financial results», certainly indexes which form it and it is offered economic analytical mechanism of forming of financial results of insurance companies, as a determinative of financial strategy of enterprise. System research of factors of development and financial terms of providing of reliability of functioning of insurance companies is conducted in Ukraine at terms them strategic development, which leads to the necessity of development effective economic analytical to the mechanism of forming of financial results of insurance companies. In the complement of economic analytical to the mechanism of forming of financial results of insurance companies grounded to include the followings elements: subject and management object; aggregate of financial interests of insurer; functions, principles and methods of management financial results; tool of management of forming of financial results the system; criteria of estimation of level of financial results; technique and management technology.uk_UA
