Анотація
В даній статті представлено дослідження усунення проблеми негативного впливу виробничих ризиків на
планування термінів реалізації проектів будівництва. Відсутність методики комплексного обліку всіх факторів ризику при
плануванні будівельного виробництва виключає комплексне прогнозування можливих зривів прийнятої тривалості реалізації
будівельних проектів. Завдяки залученню узагальнювального показника виробітку працівників минулих періодів при
розрахунках методами теорії ймовірностей та математичної статистики тривалості реалізації проекту будівництва можна
зменшити невизначеність цих термінів та збільшити надійність прийнятих планових рішень. Надійність прийнятої тривалості
реалізації проекту будівництва із залученням вище вказаного показника може бути досліджена через застосування методів
теорії ймовірностей і математичної статистики.
This article presents a research on the problem of elimination of negative influence of production risks on planning the timing of construction projects. The lack of a comprehensive methodology taking into account all risk factors when planning construction eliminates complex forecasting potential disruption to the adopted duration of construction projects. By engaging the general indicator production output workers in past periods when the calculation methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics duration of the construction project can be reduce the uncertainty of terms and to increase the reliability of the planning solutions. The reliability of the adopted duration of the construction project with the involvement of the above mentioned indicator can be investigated through the application of methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics.
