dc.description.abstractToday breaks up the need of domestic social policy systemic transformation not only in order to bring it in line with generally accepted European standards in the light of Ukraine's Euro-integration prospects. But also to form the basis for the full use of the existing country’s human capital, its formation and expansion, in order to ensure sustainable socio-economic development and social progress. As the systemic transformation of social policy in Ukraine should be based on the conceptual basis of the individual’s comprehensive development, the totality of the mechanisms for its implementation will be sufficiently ramified and multilevel. The system of the state social policy implementation mechanisms, based on the concept of the individual’s comprehensive development, is ramified and multilateral. The central elements of this system are state social guarantees and state social security, without which it is impossible to implement any social policy. Legislation and, in particular, state social guarantees establishes legal norms and guarantees in the field of social policy and determines the procedure and mechanisms of mechanisms’ functioning for its formation and implementation. And the appointment of the state social security is to ensure the functioning of legally established mechanisms with the help of the necessary financial, personnel, information and other resources, the corresponding infrastructure programs of development. The aim of the study is to characterize the main structural elements of the state social policy implementation mechanisms, to define their main components and features. So, in the article investigated the state social policy implementation mechanisms main elements. Formed the system of state social guarantees in the mechanisms of social policy implementation and provided their characterization. Provided and characterized the organizational component of state social security in the state's social policy.uk_UA
