Анотація
Досліджено сутність трансферу технологій та особливості його регулювання згідно з Законом України. Розкрито
проблеми фінансування інноваційних досліджень та розробок в Україні. Розглянуто еволюційні процеси трансферу
технологій. Охарактеризовано трансфер технологій з урахуванням територіального аспекту.
The essence of technology transfer and the peculiarities of its regulation is investigated according to the Law of Ukraine. The problems of financing innovative research and development in Ukraine are disclosed. The evolutionary processes of technology transfer is considered. There is characteristic of technology transfer based on the territorial aspect. The regional, corporate, interregional, international, transnational technology transfers are considered. It is established that the creation of political, international legal, economic and other conditions of mutually beneficial trade establishing, technology exchange are the responsibility of central government and state institutions, but mostly these processes depend on their own efforts regions.
