Анотація
У статті проаналізовано сутність феномену безробіття. Визначено основні чинники формування та наведені позитивні та негативні наслідки даного явища. Проведено аналіз рівня безробіття в Україні та країнах ЄС. З'ясовано, що проблеми безробіття у країнах ЄС та Україні вимагають від держав, регіональних органів управління завчасної розробки та реалізації соціальних гарантій у сфері зайнятості населення працездатного віку. Досліджено, що високий рівень безробіття – це проблема, яку варто вирішувати і яка потребує глибокого наукового аналізу та вироблення практичних рекомендацій, які можуть використовуватися для розроблення і реалізації ефективної соціально-економічної політики. Вносяться пропозиції стосовно основних шляхів вирішення проблеми безробіття та цілеспрямованості активного підвищення рівня зайнятості населення.
The article analyzes the essence of the phenomenon of unemployment. The main factors of formation are determined and the positive and negative consequences of this phenomenon are given. Analysis of the unemployment rate in Ukraine and EU countries has been conducted. It is revealed that the problems of unemployment in EU countries and Ukraine require from the states, regional authorities of the management of early development and implementation of social guarantees in the employment of the working-age population. It is investigated that high unemployment is a problem that needs to be solved and requires deep scientific analysis and development of practical recommendations that can be used for the development and implementation of effective socio-economic policies. Proposals are made regarding the main ways of solving the problem of unemployment and the purpose of actively raising the level of employment of the population.
