Анотація
Розглянуто сутність заробітної плати як ключового елементу компенсаційного пакету. Виділено основні функції
заробітної плати та визначено негативні наслідки їх невиконання. Виявлено негативний вплив мінімальної заробітної плати
на побудову тарифної системи оплати праці. Запропоновано новий підхід до побудови тарифної сітки з метою підвищення
мотивації праці персоналу.
In the article the essence of the concept of "compensation package" as an instrument of motivation of employees of the enterprise is considered, which includes a set of compensations by an enterprise spent by the employee of personal efforts and rewards that are provided with the purpose of satisfaction of employees with quality of work life and increase as a result of this efficiency of labor activity. The essence of wages as a key element of the compensation package is considered. The basic functions of wages are allocated and the negative consequences of their non- fulfilment are determined. The negative influence of the minimum wage on the construction of a wage system is revealed. A new approach to the construction of a tariff grid is proposed in order to increase staff motivation. The positive effect of the calculation of wages on the wage payment system based on the average wage has been established, which in turn will make it possible to correct the imbalance in fair remuneration for labor. In order to achieve the maximum incentive effect of remuneration in the enterprise, it is proposed to build a system of remuneration based on the direct dependence of remuneration on labor efficiency.
