dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто становлення політики ЄС у сфері регулювання розвитку професійно-технічної освіти. Виявлено детермінанти формування стандартів даного рівня освіти в ЄС. Виокремлено проблеми розвитку професійно-технічної освіти України. Визначено сфери співпраці України та ЄС у даній галузі і напрями реформування національної системи професійного навчання.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the article is to study the formation of EU policy in the field vocational education and identify the ways of its modernization in Ukraine according to European standards. The article deals with the formation of EU policy in the regulation of vocational education. The main determinants of the EU education standards are discovered. The problems of vocational education in Ukraine are identified. The areas of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in this sphere and directions of the national system of vocational training reforming are defined. The principal areas of vocational education reform in Ukraine in ensuring its compliance with EU standards are improving the quality and effectiveness; providing easy access to professional training of all categories of the population, including access to lifelong learning for people of all ages; implementation of European standards for vocational education, particularly in the direction to match labor market needs and the use of effective mechanisms of social partnership; intensifying training of workers to the EU level (minimum 1 time in 5 years).uk_UA
