dc.description.abstractWar always leads to many problems and challenges, one of which is the growing educational qualification gap. This gap means that some students have more opportunities to receive quality education, while others have to face greater challenges and obstacles in learning. Inclusive education is one way to reduce this gap, allowing every student, regardless of their abilities and circumstances, to receive appropriate education. Thus, the aim of the article was to explore the role of inclusive education and the reduction of the qualification gap in times of war to ensure access to education and development for all people regardless of their disabilities and to show how this can help increase opportunities for all students and guarantee their future. Various materials and methods were used for conducting the research. A literature review was conducted to study existing scientific sources that explain the concepts of «inclusive education» and «educational qualification gap». After studying the problems and challenges faced by students and educators in times of conflict, research and analysis were conducted on the experiences of countries that have implemented inclusive education. These countries have developed methods, strategies, and programs that help ensure accessibility and quality education for all children, regardless of their physical and mental condition, even in times of war. In addition, recommendations have been developed for educational institutions and authorities on how to implement inclusive education and reduce the qualification gap. The results of this research were compared with the standards and expectations of education during times of war. Based on this experience, recommendations were developed for educational institutions and authorities on the implementation of inclusive education and the reduction of the educational qualification gap. These recommendations can help improve the learning conditions for all students, regardless of their circumstances. Ensuring inclusive education and reducing the educational qualification gap in times of war is a major challenge for society and educational systems. However, it is a necessary condition for building a sustainable and peaceful society that provides opportunities and development for every individual.
