Анотація
В статті розглянуто напрями підвищення ефективності управління промисловими підприємствами в контексті сучасних економічних викликів, за умов поглиблення глобалізаційних процесів та зростання конкуренції. Автором окреслено особливості реалізації концепції управління життєвим циклом продукту, розроблено структурну схему функціонування PLM-модуля автоматизованої системи управління підприємством та проаналізовано вартісні характеристики його складових серед поширених програмних продуктів на вітчизняних підприємствах. Проаналізовано динаміку окремих техніко-економічних показників після реалізації PLM-модуля та запропоновано основні напрями підвищення ефективності управління підприємством в контексті використання сучасних економічних підходів та науково-технічних розробок.
The article deals with the directions of increasing the efficiency of industrial enterprises management in the context of current economic challenges, deepening of globalization processes and increasing competition. The author determined the features of the implementation of the product life cycle management concept, developed a block diagram of the functioning of the PLM-module of ERP-system and analyzed the cost characteristics of its components among common software products at domestic enterprises. The author analyzes the dynamics of individual technical and economic indicators after the implementation of the PLM-module and proposes the main directions of increasing the efficiency of enterprise management in the context of using modern economic approaches and innovative technological achievements.
