Використовуючи ГІС для аналітичної роботи, визначаються причини взаємозалежності певних об'єктів, місцеперебування інших, пов'язаних з ними об'єктів, а також причинно- наслідкові зв'язки між ними.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractUsing GIS for analytical work, determines the reasons of the interdependence of certain objects, the location of other objects associated with them, as well as causal relationships between them. All information systems are developed, first of all, for making the effective managerial decisions. The ability for using information to make the managerial decisions is stipulated by such its basic using indicators of quality as: representativeness, content, adequacy, accessibility, relevance, timeliness, accuracy, stability, visibility. To overlay the information on an electronic card and its further analysis in order to make the decision is the most conveniently carried out with the help of geographic information systems (GIS). The large-scale increase of usage the GIS-systems worldwide and the diverse implementation of geographic information resources largely connect with the need to improve information systems that provide decision-making at all levels. The peculiarities of the evolution in the information and communication modern environment (globalization, development of communication technologies, network multimedia digital communication facilities) are the confirmation of the communication effectiveness in terms of history, theory, practice of informational noospherogenesis. Using GIS for analytical work, you can understand the reasons between the interdependence of certain objects, the location of others, the objects associated with them, and also the causal relationships between them. Obtaining such information allows you more deeply to examine the situation, to make the right choice, to make more informed management decision, or to prepare better for future events. However, GIS is not a decision-making tool, but the instrumentality to accelerate and improve the efficiency of the decision-making process, providing responses to queries and spatial analysis functions, presenting analytical results in a clear and perceptive way. The needed for decision-making information can be presented in a concise cartographic form with additional text explanations, charts and diagrams. The availability of information perceptions and generalization allows you to focus on finding a solution without spending too much time collecting and analyzing available heterogeneous data. You can quickly review several solution options and choose the most effective one.uk_UA
