Анотація
Ефективне використання трудового потенціалу передбачає повне, раціональне та продуктивне його використання у відповідності до його якісних та кількісних характеристик. Аналіз ефективності використання трудового потенціалу має проводитись в розрізі таких аспектів: з позиції оцінки ступеня повноти, продуктивності та раціональності реалізації трудового потенціалу. Виконання аналізу ступеня продуктивності використання трудового потенціалу має спиратися на обчислення вартісних та натуральних показників ефективності праці, аналіз дії можливих факторів підвищення продуктивності праці та ролі трудового потенціалу у зростанні ефективності використання основних виробничих фондів сільськогосподарських утворень.
The main problem with use of labour potential of Ukraine’s rural population lies in provision of a prolific employment and efficient working of staff at agricultural entities. Consumption phase plays a key role in the process of reproduction of labour potential. The effectiveness of social production depends on the conditions under which the labor potential is used. Only at this stage the positive and negative aspects of the phases of reproduction of labor potential, its formation and distribution, are revealed. Efficient use of labor potential assumes its full, rational and productive use in accordance with its qualitative and quantitative characteristics. Analysis of the effectiveness of labor potential should be carried out in the context of the following aspects: from the perspective of assessing the level of completeness, performance and utilization efficiency of the labor potential. Analyzing the degree of productivity of labor potential should be based on calculation of cost data and physical indicators of labor efficiency, an impact analysis of possible factors to increase workforce productivity and employment potential role in improving the efficiency of basic production assets of agricultural entities. The paper studies the efficiency of labor potential of rural population from the standpoint of assessment of its performance, completeness and efficiency of implementation. The main trends in the use of labor potential of the rural population and improving this process in Ukraine have been defined.
