В статті розглядається проблема діагностики якості професійної підготовки інженера-педагога автомобільного профілю в контексті компетентнісного підходу. Засоби діагностування професійної підготовки інженера-педагога автотранспортного профілю мають забезпечити достовірне оцінювання рівня досягнення ним професійних компетенцій і на цій основі дозволити зробити висновок про якість сформованості його професійної компетентності. Для спеціальності "Професійна освіта. Транспорт" Державна атестація повинна передбачати комплексний кваліфікаційний іспит на ОКР "бакалавр" і захист дипломного проекту на ОКР "спеціаліст".
One of the urgent tasks of higher education is the implementation in practice educational institutions diagnostic methods detect quality vocational teacher training. The main purpose of pedagogical diagnosis – get line information about the actual state and trends in the object diagnosing correcting pedagogical process. Training has expert checked regarding reaching the appropriate level of formation professional competence. Professional competence engineer-teacher motor profile - Integrative (system) characteristic of his personality, as expressed, a set of management, research, design, organization, inkultural and control components. State certification in higher education should determine the level of compliance training of specialists required level of formation just those competencies defined for each educational qualification level. The program integrated qualification examination is designed as to identify signs of specific manifestations of each component competencies. A comprehensive qualifying examination takes place in three stages: solving situational test according to the production task; designing binary between actors of the educational process (teachers and students action) one of the stages of the lesson according to the given psycho-pedagogical characteristics of students; characteristic node or vehicle parts, fault detection purpose and methods of their recovery. The main objectives of graduate design is the disclosure of formation of future engineers-teachers not only relevant group professional competence, but also the culture of engineering-pedagogical thinking, mastering the methods of research and experience, contents and construction members of the production process and according to the chosen training technology and environment; calculating the efficient use of material values and raw materials in the manufacturing process and the learning and application of planning methods and logistics; development of tools and techniques for teaching. Improve the production process and training. Means diagnosing training engineer-teacher motor profile should provide a reliable assessment of reaching the professional competencies and on this basis to allow doing opinion on the quality of the formation of his professional competence.
