dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито питання про оптимізацію рухової активності студентів засобами фізкультурно- оздоровчих і спортивних заходів у позааудиторний час. Проаналізовано проблему формування здорового способу життя студентів. Вивчено стан організації фізкультурно-оздоровчих і спортивних заходів серед студентів у позааудиторний час в освітньому середовищі закладу вищої освіти. Вказано на актуальність в освітньому процесі питання дистанційної форми навчання розвитку рухової активності студентів засобами спортивних ігор в освітньому середовищі університету.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article discusses the issue of optimizing the students’ motor activity by means of physical culture and sports activities outside classroom time. The problem of forming a healthy lifestyle for students is analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the optimization of the motor activity of the student contingent using various forms of organization of the educational process in physical education and the use of means of physical culture and recreational and sports activities in extracurricular time. The scientific works of specialists on the positive influence of physical exercises on the state of health of student youth were analyzed. The state of the organization of physical culture, health and sports events among students in extracurricular time in the educational environment of a higher education institution was studied. Almost half of the respondents noted that physical culture and health activities among students are sometimes organized, and a third of the interviewed teachers answered that in institutions of higher education, unfortunately, physical culture and health activities are not organized outside classroom time. A similar trend is observed in the organization of sports events among student youth in extracurricular time. It is pointed out the relevance of the issue of the remote form of learning the development of the students’ motor activity by means of sports games in the educational environment of the university in the educational process. The issue of optimizing the students’ motor activity by means of physical culture and health and sports activities in extracurricular time is revealed. The peculiarities of the organization of the educational process of the distance form of learning the development of motor activity of students by means of sports games in the educational environment of the university are indicated.uk_UA
