Анотація
Стаття присвячена розгляду особливостей зарубіжного досвіду стимулювання та мотивації персоналу на
промислових підприємствах. Виділено чотири основні моделі мотивації та стимулювання персоналу: японську, американську,
німецьку та шведську. Аналіз проведених досліджень дав змогу здійснити поглиблене вивчення сутності процесів мотивації
та стимулювання персоналу та запропонувати впровадження відповідних складових зарубіжних моделей мотивації та
стимулювання персоналу в практичну діяльність промислових підприємств України.
The article deals with the peculiarities of foreign experience of personnel’s motivation and stimulation at the industrial enterprises. Four basic models of personnel’s motivation and stimulation are identified: Japanese, American, German and Swedish. The research’s analysis made it possible to carry out in-depth study of the nature of processes of personnel’s motivation and stimulation and offer to implement the relevant components of foreign models of motivation and stimulation of personnel into the practice of Ukrainian industrial enterprises. A comparative analysis of the characteristics of personnel’s motivation and stimulation of Ukrainian enterprises is presented with mechanisms aimed at borrowing the experience of personnel’s motivation and stimulation at the enterprises of highly developed countries. The analysis of foreign models of personnel’s motivation and stimulation at the industrial enterprises gives reason to believe on the feasibility of their use in practice at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine.
