Анотація
У статті здійснено аналіз науково-педагогічного дискурсу проблеми рухової активності студентів у
процесі використання засобів спортивних ігор на заняттях з фізичного виховання. Систематизовано погляди
на організацію фізичного виховання у ЗВО, а також наголошується на важливості спортивних ігор на
заняттях з фізичного виховання. Визначено пріоритетні види спорту, якими займаються студенти і до яких
віднесено футбол, баскетбол, регбі, волейбол. Дещо менша кількість учасників опитування прагнуть
займатися на заняттях з фізичного виховання гандболом, футзалом, бадмінтоном, настільним тенісом.
The article analyzes the scientific and pedagogical discourse of the problem of motor activity of students in the process of using sports games in physical education classes. It is emphasized that in the modern period in formulating the program-normative bases of physical education of higher education seekers should take into account the trends of humanization, harmonization, informatization and use of valeological values of physical culture. The tasks of using sports games in physical education of students include: physical improvement and strengthening of health, as conditions for ensuring and achieving a high level of professionalism in socially significant activities; formation of a conscious need to learn the values of health, physical culture and sports; ensuring the achievement of the necessary and sufficient level of physical qualities, the system of motor skills and abilities. Views on the organization of physical education in the Free Economic Zone are systematized, and the importance of sports games in physical education classes is emphasized. Unfortunately, in recent years, there has been a significant reduction in the number of hours taught in higher education in the field of “Physical Education”, which has reduced the role of physical culture in shaping the personality of modern professionals, reducing physical activity and deteriorating health. Intensification of the educational process in physical education should become one of the key paradigms of the Ukrainian higher education system. It was found that more than half of the surveyed students get the most positive emotions from playing sports, and a much smaller percentage of those who do athletics, fitness, gymnastics, swimming, martial arts, weightlifting, powerlifting, rowing – less than a fifth of students surveyed.
