Анотація
У статті досліджено сучасні особливості та актуальні проблеми щодо особливості кейтерингу як нового напряму
ресторанного бізнесу в Україні. Доведено, що кейтерингові послуги дають змогу забезпечити широкий спектр послуг
ресторану і є одним із найбільш динамічних секторів ресторанного бізнесу в Україні. Проаналізовано переваги від
застосування послуг з кейтерингу.
This article explores current characteristics and current problems regarding Catering features a new trend of restaurant business in Ukraine. To date, catering services in Ukraine are developing rapidly and improve their methods of work with customers, expanding the list of services. Catering is a highly profitable and promising activity for hotels and restaurants that are planning to organize the service permanently, not periodically with a view to include additional revenue for the institution. Proved that catering services allow you to provide a wide range of restaurants and is one of the most dynamic sectors of the restaurant business in Ukraine. It is proved that the development of catering company should be to the emergence of new trends and interesting developments. Of course, without substantial investment very difficult to get, and given that the market for catering young and unstable - sometimes even impossible. And based on the market, every company must develop long-term plans of development, hence the desire to capture all of these components may be such a good thing long term.
