dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано характерні напрями змін для реалізації євроінтеграції на різних рівнях управління та досвід їх реалізації, визначено особливості управління змінами в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів, здійснено акцент на необхідності системного підходу до впровадження змін, узагальнено результати проведення змін на провідних українських підприємствах цементної галузі для готовності роботи в нових умовахuk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is generalization and analysis of results of management changes in the context of euro of integration processes, determination of features of maintenance of changes of enterprises of cement industry and alternative variants them strategic development. Characteristic directions of changes on the different levels of management for realization of Euro integration, experience of their realization, pre-condition of further successful introduction and basic factors which hinder. Certainly to the feature of management changes in the context of euro of integration processes are analysed in the article, an accent is carried out on the necessity of approach of the systems to introduction of changes. The results of realization of changes are generalized on the leading Ukrainian enterprises of cement industry. It is marked that for effective adaptation to influence of factors of business-environment, enterprise must carry out a management changes with the purpose of forming of competitive potential. Drawn conclusion about system character and interconditionality of successful realization of changes on all levels of management and necessity of the reasonable going near the choice of variants of strategic development of enterprise in the conditions of Euro integration.uk_UA
