Анотація
У статті досліджено питання кадрової безпеки підприємства як складової економічної безпеки підприємства.
Обґрунтовано актуальність проблеми за сучасних умовах господарювання. Проаналізовано та узагальнено сутність
характеристики понять «економічна безпека» та «кадрова безпека», визначено завдання кадрової безпеки, зовнішні та
внутрішні загрози, що пов’язані з персоналом підприємства. Визначено особливості управління персоналом, що сприятимуть
виконанню завдань кадрової безпеки.
Questions of company personnel security in terms of economic security have been developed in the article. Actuality of this problem in the current economic conditions have been grounded. Personnel security is the subsystem of enterprise's economic security and one of major factors of safety of all spheres of it activity have been found out. Enterprise's personnel security is a continuous process of prevention of external and internal influences complex on enterprise's economic security by a decline or removal of various risks and threats, related to the personnel management, it professional and personal qualities, by social and labour relations, have been determined. Task of personnel security, external and internal threats, related to the enterprise's personnel have been defined.
