Анотація
Досліджено роль корпоративної культури у мотивації персоналу. Розглянуто вплив психологічних аспектів
мотивації на ефективність мотиваційних механізмів у сучасному підприємництві. Значну увагу зосереджено на необхідності
врахування психологічних аспектів під час наймання, розвитку та для інших важливих напрямків управління персоналом.
In the article the role of corporate culture is explored in motivation of personnel. Influence of psychological aspects of motivation is considered on efficiency of motivation mechanism in the modern enterprise. Considerable attention is concentrated on the substantiation of necessity of consideration of psychological aspects at employment, development and other important directions of personnel management. Corporative culture, being an integral attribute of a modern enterprise, embodies, on the one hand, a system of personnel motivation (at least some of its elements forming the basis of this system), and on the other hand it corresponds to the strategic settings of the organization. In other words, corporate culture is a link that combines staff motivation and enterprise strategy. The need for studying corporate culture is explained by the situation in modern enterprises, many of which, having achieved economic stability, require strengthening and motivation of the collective, the presence of additional (except material) methods of motivation of workers, in creating a favourable social and psychological climate. Different manifestations of culture in the organization have a motivational influence, inducing employees to work actively. Consequently, when creating a system of personnel motivation, it is necessary to take into account the existing corporate culture, its influence on the labour conduct of employees. The introduction of corporate culture should be based on executive discipline, interest in the work, creativity, innovation, creativity, and active work in the team, so it is important that the senior management has no reliable information about what status it is and what microclimate in the team. All these criteria affect the efficiency of work.
