Анотація
Стаття присвячена розгляду необхідності створення діючої системи управління підприємством на основі
формування механізму його стійкого розвитку, що є основою стабільного функціонування і покращення діяльності суб’єкта
господарювання. В якості цього розроблена концептуальна схема формування механізму економічної безпеки підприємства,
яка дозволяє вибрати методичний апарат, необхідний для забезпечення його стійкого розвитку. Практична цінність полягає
у можливості підвищення рівня економічної безпеки підприємства шляхом впровадження рекомендацій, вироблених із
застосуванням сформованого механізму з метою забезпечення його стійкого розвитку.
The article is sanctified to consideration of necessity of creation of operating control system by an enterprise on the basis of forming of mechanism of him steady development which is basis of the stable functioning and improvement of activity of subject of management. As it the conceptual chart of forming of mechanism of economic security of enterprise, which allows to choose a methodical vehicle, necessary for providing of him steady development, is worked out. The special actuality to the research theme is given by a situation, which was folded as a result of economic crisis up country, which entailed the increase of economic instability, considerable decline of possibility of existence and steady development both at the level of concrete industries and separate industrial enterprises, and on national and regional levels. In addition, there is the specified essence of the «system of providing of economic security» in the article, here distinguishing priority directions are certain in providing of safety, what inconstant and test a change under act of character and measure of threats which influence, and also on the level of influence on activity of economic subject. Investigational, that the complexity of the system of safety is based on providing of safety of different levels (economic, skilled, intellectual, informative and others like that), thus, she must include elements, organs, forces and facilities, capable to provide this safety. A practical value consists in possibility of increase of economic strength of enterprise security by introduction of recommendations, mine-out with application of the formed mechanism with the aim of providing of him steady development. Realization of methodical development allows to estimate a condition of the enterprise, to reveal probability of manifestation of any type of threats or their set, to choose and estimate efficiency of the actions which are a basis of the mechanism of economic security. Results of research, theoretical provisions, applied development and evidence-based conclusions can be used in practical activities of the industrial enterprises.
