Анотація
У статті проаналізовано динаміку показників продуктивності праці у машинобудівній промисловості протягом
останніх вісімнадцяти років. На основі проведеного аналізу визначено основні напрями підвищення продуктивності праці у
машинобудуванні за сучасних вітчизняних реалій.
Over the last eighteen years domestic engineering industry has undergone significant changes and, most important, positive changes. Thus, increased levels of automation work and its technical equipment, which significantly increase the volume of manufactured products and, thus, virtually half reduce the need for staff to ensure a smooth production process. In addition, more and more companies focus their efforts on implementing innovative technologies and processes, development and production of innovative products. The result of these changes was a significant increase in productivity in mechanical engineering. However, at the same time need to understand that only scientific progress and active timely implementation of its results in engineering companies management practice in the future will increase productivity of labour and thus increase the efficiency of the machinebuilding sector of the state, and therefore, and the economy as a whole.
