Анотація
У статті проаналізовано існуючу в Україні систему підготовки учителів іноземних мов на прикладі Хмельницького національного університету; охарактеризовано завдання та обов’язки вчителя відповідно до кваліфікаційних характеристик професій педагогічних та науково-педагогічних працівників навчальних закладів; з’ясовано засади ефективної підготовки учителів іноземної мови; проаналізовано освітньо-професійні програми підготовки майбутніх учителів іноземної мови; схарактеризовано перелік компетентностей випускника, сформованих за час навчання на бакалавраті та в магістратурі.
The existing system of the futureforeign languages teachers training in Ukraine and atKhmelnytskyi National University in particular is analyzed; the tasks and responsibilities of the teacher according to the professional qualification characteristics of the pedagogical and scientific and pedagogical workers of educational institutions areoutlined; the foundations of the effective foreign language teachers training are characterized; the educational and professional programs of the futureforeign language teachers training are analyzed; the list of graduate’s competencies formed on theundergraduate and postgraduate levels is presented. According to theanalysis of the scientific sources, the professional competence of the future foreign language teacher may be interpreted as an integral personal entity, which includes axiological and motivational (motives, value orientations, professional positions, attitudes), cognitive and active (knowledge, skills and abilities), personal (personal qualities and abilities) and reflexive (self-analysis, self-assessment, self-correction, self-improvement) components that provide the ability to perform effectively professional duties of a foreign language teacher. From the other point of view, it is a result of obtaining (in the process of social and humanitarian, psychological and pedagogical, professional and practical training) professional competences of aforeign language teacher. The list of the graduate’scompetences formed during the undergraduate study includes: instrumental, communicative, multicultural, social and personal, organizational and managerial, linguistic, cognitive, methodological, psychological and pedagogical, health preserving andaxiological competencies. The list of the graduate’s competences formed during the postgraduate study comprises: research, cognitive, informational, social, communicative, linguistic, didactic, literary, methodical, prognostic and managerialcompetencies.
