Анотація
Метою статті є виявити перспективи використання новітніх інформаційних технологій (технології блокчейн) у виборчому процесі. У ході дослідження використовувався метод аналізу теоретичних джерел з проблем інформаційних та виборчих технологій та узагальнення їх впливу на виборчий процес. Електронне голосування - концепт, що об‘єднує різні типи голосування, а також засоби електронного голосування, з допомогою яких здійснюється збереження, передача та підрахунок голосів. Однією з технологій що дозволяє забезпечити конфіденційність та цілісність інформації при проведенні електронного голосування є блокчейн. Використання блокчейн у електронному голосуванні здатне подолати практично усі недоліки сучасного електронного голосування, один з яких – довіра до результатів електронного голосування. Незважаючи на значну кількість емпіричного матеріалу, дана проблема не отримала багатоаспектного і системного вивчення, а тому потребує подальшого теоретичного аналізу.
The purpose of the article is to identify the prospects of using the latest information technologies (blockchain technology) in the electoral process. The study used a method for analyzing theoretical sources on the problems of information and electoral technologies and generalizing their influence on the electoral process. Electronic voting is a concept that combines different types of voting, as well as e-voting means through which the preservation, transmission and counting of votes are carried out. One of the technologies that ensures the confidentiality and integrity of information when conducting an electronic voting is blockchain. The use of blockchain in electronic voting can overcome almost all the disadvantages of modern electronic voting, one of which is the trust in the results of electronic voting. Despite the significant amount of empirical material, this problem has not received a multidimensional and systematic research, and therefore requires further theoretical analysis.
